Similarly, a RC plane can be designed for aerial surveys and planning. RC plane can be fitted with a camera to record the observations where it is not possible for humans to reach. RC plane can be useful in case of flood hit areas to investigate the damage.

Description

Air brakes are used in commercial vehicles, which require a heavier braking effort than that can be applied by the driver’s foot. In air braking systems in heavy vehicles, the Compressed air from compressor passes through the unloader valve and maintains its pressure. This air is stored in the reservoir. From the reservoir it goes to the Brake Chambers through many brake valves. In the brake chamber this pneumatic force is converted into the mechanical force and then it is converted into the rotational torque by the slack adjuster, which is connected to S-cam. This torque applies air brakes. This project involves the study of the response time for air brake system.

A 2.5 CC or 3.2 CC diesel engine work on the mix blend of Kerosene, Ether Solventand Castor Oil with manual start will rotate the propeller blade in front of car and the air pressure provides the power to run this Formula Car. RF remote control unit can be used to provide direction on either side.

Description

The project involves the design of an ultra-low-energy solar-optimized single family residence. The first two years of the project will involve the investigation and analysis of design concepts and the completion of the conceptual design of a residence suitable for single-family housing. One group of students will focus upon the architectural aspects of the house design in order to minimize thermal energy requirements as well as controlling the temporal distribution of heating and cooling demands. Another group of students will focus on minimizing electrical energy requirements and examining strategies to control peak electrical demands and load fluctuations. A third group of students will focus on exploring the thermodynamics of energy conversion devices that might be used for servicing the building’s space heating, space cooling, domestic hot water, and electrical needs. The project will also include site visits to local low-energy, off-grid, and conventional architecture houses to expose the students to an array of architectural designs, energy conversion devices, and design challenges.
